Features:
BIREYWAX YBW is beeswax secreted by Apis cerana cerana Fabricius, commonly known as Chinese honeybee wax. At room temperature, it is solid and relatively soft, ranging from light yellow to yellow or dark brown in color. It has the aroma of honey and bee pollen, feels fine and sticky when chewed without an greasy taste. When pressed, its molecular structure is disrupted, giving it strong plasticity. At 40°C, although beeswax still appears solid, it begins to melt. When heated above 85°C, it will fade in color. Beeswax is insoluble in water but can mix with fats, oils, and other waxes. It is soluble in many other organic solvents and becomes soluble in alcohol when heated. In addition, natural beeswax has strong plasticity and lubricity, and it also offers advantages such as insulation, moisture resistance, and prevention of surface corrosion. Applications:
With its natural good adhesiveness, permeability, emulsifying properties, smoothness, and other characteristics, this product is widely used in the production of of various cosmetic products such as creams, lipsticks, rouge, hair oil, eyebrow pencils, eye shadows, bath liquids, lotions, etc. It is also used as a raw material for formulating various types of skincare ointments, pastes, and creams.
